Breathe + RISE is a sacred container for women to shed their armor, reconnect with themselves and each other, and experience Blair and Kelly's signature fusion of breathwork, sound healing, and Reiki. Together, these practices help release stored emotions, regulate the nervous system, clear energetic blocks, and support deep transformation.

Guided by Blair & Kelly
Blair Cobb is deeply passionate about philanthropy, integrative health, and personal growth. As a Breathwork teacher, Reiki Master, and Integrative Health Coach, Blair blends science-backed wellness practices with intuitive healing to help clients release mental and emotional blocks, restore balance, and reconnect with their hearts. Through in-person sessions in Los Angeles and virtual offerings worldwide, she empowers people to create sustainable shifts in their health and well-being.
Kelly empowers women to embody love, joy and abundance and to master inner peace through motherhood, relationships and career transitions. She fuses sound and energy healing with yoga, somatics and life coaching — anchoring ancient wisdom in modern neuroscience. Kelly is a certified sound healer and breathwork guide, a Holy Fire III Reiki Master, and a yoga teacher with 800+ hours of training. She trains and mentors aspiring sound and energy healers in The Sound Healer's Academy.
